Ep 122 Chef Anthony Miller

Sheldon chats with his classmate and friend Chef Anthony Miller about life, music and his journey to becoming an Executive Chef in Negril, Jamaica. Anthony is a gold medal food competitor with fifteen years of international culinary achievements and over twenty-five years experience working in restaurants and hotel resort properties. He believes “enjoying good food is a part of living a good life. “ One of his greatest accomplishments was in 2011 when he received The Jefferson Evans Lifetime Achievement Award in New York City from the Bridging Culinarian Alliance (BCA), a non-profit international organization that assists minority culinary students. Jefferson Evans was the first Black American accepted into the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York in 1943. His hobbies include traveling, writing, and exploring cultural and professional life discoveries.
